Founder, President
For over 15 years, Gryphon Ward has been a leader in adolescent mental health care, founding and scaling three highly successful treatment organizations—each of which remains operational today with multiple locations nationwide. His leadership has driven substantial growth, with his first two ventures expanding over 300% and his most recent developing into a multi-location residential program with thriving PHP and IOP services. Known for building sustainable, high-impact treatment centers, he has established himself as a trusted expert in the field.
Gryphon’s expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of how adolescents think, learn, and engage. His early career in juvenile justice and education gave him firsthand experience in guiding young people through challenges, whether through alternative sentencing programs for first-time offenders or hands-on STEM education for at-risk youth. He has a rare ability to break down complex concepts in ways that resonate, a skill that translates directly into his approach to treatment program development. By combining structure with engagement, he creates environments where adolescents don’t just receive care—they understand it, connect with it, and actively participate in their own recovery.
Beyond founding successful programs, Gryphon has led treatment centers through every stage of growth, transforming concepts into thriving, high-performing facilities. His expertise spans licensing, accreditation, program development, staffing, and compliance—ensuring that every center he builds operates at the highest level.
